Spiral Circle- "Quilled Flower"

In this Video - Andy shows how to make a flower out of this image

by stamping it on text weight paper and cutting it,

then winding it around a large eyed needle.

Drop a dab of hot glue on a piece of bakers parchment paper,

and set the bottom of the flower into it.

The glue, once set, will pop off the parchment easily.
