This tag was made using a very simple technique, and showing it in a scan does  not justify the effects of the Perfect Pearls. Smoosh tag with dye or distress inkpad and sponge to cover, then stamp image with distress ink. Apply Perfect Pearls with brush over the stamped image....dust off excess. Mist the tag with water and you will see the inks wicking around. Dry with a heat tool when you like the result, and the wicking will stop. It looks gorgeous IRL. I stamped another image with Stazon above the swirls image, and covered partly with a gauze ribbon.
