This card was made with a resist technique.

Background words stamped in navy blue dye ink,

then emboss the fleur de lis stamp with clear EP,

Then sponge a lighter blue dye ink over the embossed image,

and add a little purple dye ink around the edges.

Wipe surface with paper towel to remove ink from embossed image.

Gently tear edges.
