We all have scraps, at some point they take on a life of their own,
and take over your craft space.
They breed at night.
We all have different ideas of what constitutes a scrap.
For me it's anything less than a full sheet of paper or cardstock.
I make mostly A2 size cards.
If it's large, I cut it down into practical sizes.
Card Bases - 5.5" x 8.5"
Card Layers - 4" x 5.25"
Strips for dividing the front - 2" x 5"
Squares - 2" - 4"
Rectangles Vary
I find it's important to sort scraps by color, so you don't have to dig through them all when you need a small scrap.
You have to find the system that works for you.
Some people find accordian files easy.
Some like hanging folders in a small file box or crate.
I use a plastic drawer system.
